***PLEASE NOTE that there is some wear and tear noticeable here and there (mismatched trim/paint, worn kitchen cabinets, older fixtures, etc.) but all of the bedding is new and fresh. This beloved condo is scheduled for a major renovation in the fall of 2025.
***PLEASE NOTE that this property only has a small, portable air-conditioning unit. This unit does help cut the heat intensity but we also suggest that you follow these tips... We've found that if you open the windows up during the cooler evening/night hours and then close them and bring the blinds down during the warm daytime hours, the condo stays quite comfortable. If you require full air-conditioning, this condo, in the warmest summer months, may not be the best fit for you.
